All automated outcomes generated by our systems are configurable, reviewable, and reversible by authorized human administrators.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the use of LMTEQ.AI’s website, products, or services—including AI-powered solutions, automation frameworks, and associated ServiceNow implementations—shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
For clients or entities operating outside India, LMTEQ.AI agrees to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through mutual negotiation and arbitration prior to initiating formal legal proceedings. Arbitration, if required, shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), and the venue shall be Chennai, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this section limits LMTEQ.AI’s right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such protection is required to safeguard its intellectual property, confidential information, or proprietary technology, including ServiceNow AI Agents, automation models, or data frameworks.

Users agree not to export, re-export, or transfer, directly or indirectly, any of LMTEQ.AI’s proprietary software, algorithms, or AI technologies in violation of such export control laws.
